If you contact us by email or submit a claim or listing form, we receive the information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business details, location, commission information, and requested services.
2. Claim & Contact Forms
Claim and listing submissions are processed on Fractured Time Media Group's server and may also be forwarded to our team by email. We use this information to review requests, verify and maintain directory listings, communicate with submitters, prevent abuse, and keep operational records. We retain it only as reasonably necessary for those purposes or as required by law.
3. Analytics & Cookies
We may use analytics services to understand aggregate traffic. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels for retargeting.
